Get your MediSoft data repair completed within 24* hours (sometimes the same day).  We charge a flat rate of $599 per dataset/practice for your MediSoft data repair no matter how severe the corruption. There are certain times when a data salvage may have to be performed and that is billed by the hour.

Save $100.00 for a limited time, only $499.00.  Payment is due in full at time of order.

S.I.R. guarantees we will repair your data.  If we can not repair your data, we will refund your money. We have a 100% success repair rate.  S.I.R. will warranty the repaired data files up to 30 days. 

*All data file repair is by appointment and are scheduled on a first-come first-serve basis.  Larger databases could take up to 48 hours. The repaired data can be placed on a CD and shipped, dropped of at our Burbank or Phoenix Office,  or uploaded via secure file transfer protocol.

To Upload Your File 

 

You must call our office at 818-843-1116 or email support@sirps.com to schedule the data repair. Once payment is received, we will issue you a username and password to Adrive.com.  Then you click on the upload link and attach your most recent back up file.   

Creating the MediSoft backup for file repair

In MediSoft, go to the File menu and select Backup Data to open the MediSoft Backup window. Enter a Destination File Name where data is to be backed up.  For simplicity, just enter c:\backup in Destination File Name field box as illustrated below.   If you aren't able to do a backup, then zip the entire medidata practice folder and upload that file.
