We are here for you. Our company offers many different options for support. From the most advanced remote support (we log into your computer from our office) to technical phone support and office visits—our expertise is available when you need it.
S.I.R. Practice Solutions offers unlimited telephone technical phone support contracts for either six or twelve months. Phone support contracts ensure that you will receive answers to all your questions concerning the operation of MediSoft when you need them. Additionally we provide limited assistance with products that interact with MediSoft. Our telephone technical support hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday (except holidays). If you do not have a support contract we will provide technical support on a per minute basis. Each minute is billed at $4.00. In addition we offer onsite technical support on a per hour basis.
Note: If you wish to pay on a per minute basis you must complete the credit card authorization form or checks must be received prior to support call.

6 month support agreement $599
Description: From time to time you and your staff may needs additional support for your billing and software needs. Professional Management Services offers 6-months of unlimited telephone support. With this support agreement you also are entitled to any additional on-site visits at a reduced cost.
1 Year support agreement $899
Having a support agreement is like having a consultant at your fingertips. You get unlimited telephone support for 1 year. This also includes reduced cost for any additional on-site support or training you may need.
On-Sight Hourly Support: $120 ($89 with support agreement)
